Here in the Patagonia Region of South America we have no other option except to raise the preeminent lambs in the world. Our lamb is grass fed, antibiotic free, supplement free and hormone free…always. It is impossible to find lamb meat more natural then you will find here at the end of the world. Each one of our grass fed lambs are given one whole hectare to roam and forage of fresh clean Patagonian grass. What that gives us is a lamb that is extremely healthy and nearly devoid of fat. The severe climate and geographical isolation in this region also gives us a unique situation where a virus cannot and will not survive here.
This leaves our grass fed lamb free of infection
and disease, naturally.
